How long does order production take?

Standard production time starts from 3 business days, depending on complexity. We can fulfill urgent orders in 1-2 days (please check availability with your manager).

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for your order in cash (upon delivery), by bank card (Visa, MasterCard), by bank transfer, or via electronic wallets. For legal entities, we provide a full package of documents (please check details with your manager).

Do you work with legal entities (companies)?

Yes, we sign contracts with legal entities.

Do you deliver to the regions?

Yes, we deliver orders throughout Azerbaijan. In Baku, delivery is carried out by courier within 1-2 days. We ship to the regions via transport companies. The cost depends on weight and dimensions. Delivery outside Azerbaijan is discussed separately.

Can I see product samples?

Of course! You can visit our office/showroom in Baku to see samples of materials and finished products. We also send photos and videos of samples upon request.

Do you create a preliminary design project?

Yes, our designers develop a layout when you order products. If you only need design without production, the cost is discussed separately.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order amount is 50 manats. Special conditions apply for regular customers and wholesale orders.
